Dr. Coffey’s exercise workshops and screenings are designed to offer each employee personalized time to assess their individual needs.  Once their functional deficits are identified, the employee will then be encouraged to practice the prevention stretches, nerve flossing protocols, balance and core motor control training which have all been proven to minimize the vulnerability of injuries.  It is recommended that a specified area in the employee break room be set up to perform regular prevention stretches and exercises to encourage compliance.

Dr. Coffey has developed different levels of injury prevention exercise classes designed to improve balance, flexibility, core motor control and cardiovascular fitness while having fun with their coworkers.
